Sunday Message

In this season of waiting on the Lord’s return, God says that we should always be prepared by keeping our fire burning having enough oil which generally signifies the Holy Spirit’s fire in us. But part of it, there are things that we need to do individually, as a family and as a church in order to really be ready and prepared for that Great Day of the Lord and one of which is “praying.” To pray is God’s command and so we need to obey. And our praying must be sincere, steadfast, watchful, thankful and purposeful. This kind of praying does not only assures answers to our prayers but more so, will keep our fire burning until the Lord comes.
